This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered through https://www.sahiljha.com, owned and operated by Sahil Kumar Jha. By availing any of the services provided through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.
Nature of Services
The services offered on this website include custom web development, digital marketing, and related digital solutions. These services are entirely personalized and tailored to meet individual client needs. As such, once a project has commenced, significant resources such as time, expertise, and effort are invested in it. Due to the digital and service-based nature of the work, refunds are generally not offered once the project is underway.
Cancellation Terms
Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting me directly through email or phone. If a cancellation request is received before any actual work has started, I may consider providing a partial refund. This refund will be subject to deduction of any charges incurred during the planning or consultation phase.
If the project is already in progress, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. In case of any delays or changes in scope from the client’s side, additional charges may apply or deadlines may shift accordingly.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be provided under specific conditions. If the service was fully paid for but has not been initiated due to reasons from my side, a full or partial refund may be processed. In rare cases, if both parties agree in writing that a project should be terminated mid-way, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work already completed.
Refunds are not applicable if the client changes their mind after the work has begun, or if the client is not satisfied but has not allowed reasonable opportunity for revisions or communication. Additionally, if project delays are caused by lack of timely input, approvals, or communication from the client, the project shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within seven to ten business days. The refunded amount will be credited using the original method of payment, and a confirmation will be shared once the process is complete.
Dispute Resolution
I believe in maintaining clear and transparent communication with my clients at every stage. Most issues can be addressed and resolved through honest communication and mutual understanding.
